Who we are

AgenticVexa is operated by Quantum4u Lab Pvt. Ltd. (“Quantum4U”, “we”), with registered office at Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India (GSTIN 06AAACQ4386N1ZY).Quantum4U is the data controller for personal data processed through AgenticVexa.

What we collect

Account information you provide (email, name, organization), usage data (API calls, credit ledger entries), payment metadata (last 4 of card, processor token — never raw card numbers; payments are handled by Razorpay), and operational logs (IP, user agent) needed to operate the service.

How we use it

To run the platform, bill correctly, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data. AI prompts and outputs are processed by our backend models or upstream providers solely to serve your request — we do not train on customer data without explicit opt-in.

Retention & deletion

Account-level data is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion request. Audit logs and invoices are retained per applicable tax/accounting law (typically 7 years).
