1. Acceptance
AgenticVexa is a product of Quantum4u Lab Pvt. Ltd. (“Quantum4U”, “we”, “us”), with registered office at Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India (GSTIN 06AAACQ4386N1ZY). By creating an account or using AgenticVexa, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
We provide unified API access to AI services (text, image, voice, transcription, vision, video) on a credit-based metering model.
3. Acceptable use
No illegal content, CSAM, harassment, malware, or attempts to extract model weights. Rate limits apply per plan.
4. Billing
Credits are pre-purchased or allocated per subscription tier. Overage rates apply on paid plans. Refunds per the Refund Policy.
5. Liability
Provided AS-IS. Liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. AI outputs are not guaranteed accurate; use at your own discretion.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate. We may suspend accounts for ToS violations.
7. Governing law
India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
